The Aspen Ridge Team provides over 100 monthly activities for our community. Some activities are:

• Daily instructor-led fitness and summer aqua-fit classes,
• Art and crafts classes,
• Meditation and chair yoga classes,
• Movie matinées,
• Catered Breakfast on Wednesday mornings,
• Happy Hours on Fridays with beverages and entertainment, 
• Weekly shuttle to Walmart & Aldi
• Weekly shuttle to a local restaurant for lunch
• Shuttles to community events - New Theatre, Starlight, Union Station, Monarchs game...
• Weekly Bingo, game nights, poker
• Holiday Potluck luncheons and tailgates

We have four storm shelters located in the corners of the building for residents. These are secure rooms on the first floor meeting the City of Olathe's safety codes.

YES! Through our online resident portal, you may sign up to receive your monthly statement and sign up to pay monthly or have your total due deducted from your bank account. You also have access to submit trouble tickets and see the community informational emails.

Our Olathe location on Ridgeview and 119th is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and more. Our location provides easy delivery from USPS, Amazon, UPS, and FedEx. Downtown Olathe is only a few miles away with all the City services and a new local library. In addition, we are located near Olathe Recreation Center, the State Election Office, the Kansas Motor Vehicle Department, three hospitals, and urgent care locations.

Yes! The Activities Director has three resident Volunteer Teams to engage residents in the daily happenings:

• Activities Team - helps with the planning, set up, and clean up of events
• Charity Team - coordinates the community giving and education of local charitable organizations
• Newcomers Team - assists the staff in welcoming and introducing new residents to the community
